  • Book a TE home with 5% payment* only. No further payment till we sell your existing home.
  • We will help sell your existing home within 6 months of booking a home with us. A PAN India Portfolio Manager will be appointed to assist in sale of your property.
  • Professional valuation will be done by a qualified independent surveyor at a cost of INR 10,000/- + taxes.
  • Should you choose to book with us, the above cost will be adjusted in booking amount.
  • In case the home is not sold* - We shall refund the booking amount without any deductions or penalties..

  • Pay just 5% to book your home
  • Pay 15% within 1 month of booking
